Returns and Restocking Fees:

All of the manufacturers we carry charge restock fees on returns that are not damaged/defective. Some custom made products are non-returnable. Please check product specifications for individual product return policies.
Please call for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number WITHIN 30 days of purchase prior to returning merchandise, WE CANNOT accept returns without one. Thirty percent (30%) restocking fee applies to all authorized returns. Defective products will be replaced.
