There will be an extra $25.00 added for vanities, medicine cabinets and mirrors over 20" or $200. Tile orders exceeding 25lbs will incur additional shipping charges based on weight and type of delivery. We will contact you prior to billing your credit card if there are additional charges. A $12 fee will be added to any order that has an incorrect address entered or that needs to be re-routed to an alternate address after the order has already shipped. Please email sales@mnghardware.com immediately if any corrections to your contact information are necessary.
Returns and Restocking Fees:
- All of the manufacturers we carry charge restock fees on returns that are not damaged/defective. Some custom made products are non-returnable. Please check product specifications for individual product return policies.
- Please call for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number WITHIN 30 days of purchase prior to returning merchandise. An RGA will only be valid for 30 days. WE CANNOT accept returns without one. Thirty percent (30%) restocking fee applies to all authorized returns. Defective products will be replaced.
